We have loaded some Netlibrary records into our system. What
exactly would you like to know? In our case, we loaded the records
through Read/Write Marc records, rather than the Ordering/Receiving
module. In the Acq. module it was set up like an approval plan and
created an order record. We have it set up to automatically
create an item record. We chose to use a location code Internet and
item status of Online. An ebook material type code @ is a
necessity. We requested that the "|a "
portion of the class number be included in our records for collection
development and statistical purposes. We exclude the cutter so that
patrons will be less likely to look for these on the shelves. Our
catalog is

You are welcome to contact me if you have additional questions. I
consulted with a few colleagues myself before undertaking this
project. University of Santa Clara and Lemoyne University both
shared their experiences with me.
