I find that solution to be my first backup plan.  Any proprietary versions of the browser are often missing pieces.

We have a patron who is using CompuServe 2000 Version 5.0 and is not successfully able to configure the proxy browser.   We are thinking that they need to minimize CompuServe and use Netscape.   Could someone please confirm this so that we can respond to our patron.
