Just a quick thought -- Although any old PC with web browser capabilities will do
for OPACs, I'd like to suggest that you look at other factors like whether they
will all be networked to printers and served from a remote location; whether
active desktop would be useful to you, e.g., having a clickable background
directing users to specific locations.  These kinds of factors make certain PC
capabilities like whether they can handle Win98 or Win2000  important.
