Hi all,
We are just getting ready to bring up MilCirc and we've been trying out
somethings. Our Circ students are not passworded to do overrides. We've
noticed that if they go into checkouts and the patron has a block for some
reason, the Circ student is unable to view what the patron has checked out
because the system immediately asks for an override. There seems to be no
equivalent to the "view patron record" in the Innopac. Are we missing
something or is this just not possible without the override.
Any help is appreciated.
