- Subject: Encumbrances in fund displays
Hello,
I seem to have encumbrances in some fund displays that don't match the
actual on-order records. For example, I have an encumbrance of $1100 on
one fund, but if I create a list using records with the same fund and
status "o" and total the amount, I get a much smaller amount actually on
order.
Can anyone shed light on why this might happen? It makes me not trust
the fund displays at all--kind of discouraging at the end of our first
year.
