We have noted this same problem and reported it to customer support.
Interestingly, the problem only seems to exist on the screen display. If you
ask to see the line details (in order update) the invoice date is correctly
displayed as xx-xx-99 and it also prints correctly on the voucher forms.
We've also noted that the PDATE displays 1999 dates as mm-dd-99, but displays
2000 dates as mm-dd-2000. Not a major problem for screen display, but we
wonder if it might create a problem when working with exported data sets.
