Materials Booking Module

Hello and Happy New Year/Century/Millenium!

We are using the Materials Booking module to book our own 
videos, track external video loans to our faculty, and book our audio-
visual equipment on an hourly basis.

We still have some issues with adapting this module for equipment 
loan, and would be interested in sharing information with anyone 
else who is doing this, especially when the equipment in housed in 
different locations on campus.  Our issues are:  (1) what do you do 
about checking out/in equipment that is located somewhere else 
(not near a checkout terminal)? (2) we would like to be able to 
search by location in the item record, but the software only 
searches by location in the bib record. Has anyone found a way 
around this?

We would also be interested in sharing record structures and 
equipment loan policies and procedures to see if we can 
streamline/improve our processes.
