Booking Module Problem

The problem is when you book an item for a patron it does not seem to 
follow the loan rule.  When you type in the Wanted From date, as long as 
you type in a time, it follows the loan rule.  When you only type in a 
date, you get prompted to use current time and when you say NO, the Wanted 
To date gets calculated for 2 days later instead of the correct loan 
rule.  When the video gets checked out to the patron, and you select use 
the booking date for the due date, it checks it out for 2 days.  The item 
is on reserve for 2 hours no overnight.

Does any one have any ideas?  Thanks in advance.
