San Jose Conference Hotels

Please note: All three Conference Hotels are sold out. The conference is being held in the San Jose Convention Center and here are some options in downtown San Jose.

Please find below three other hotels all in downtown San Jose. We have not negotiated rates for IUG as we cannot be sure that we have the demand for additional rooms (having exceeded our largest total room nights to date).

The hotels are sold out for the conference. This is for historical information only:

The conference is being held in the San Jose Convention Center. There is a Marriott attached to one side of the center and a Hilton attached to the other. Both are connected through inside (covered) corridors – just a couple minutes from our meeting space. The hotels and center are all part of one contract for the group. If you are staying at the Hilton and meet a colleague for breakfast at the Marriott, you will be able to charge your breakfast at the Marriott to your Hilton room and vice versa.

We have added the Fairmont San Jose to the mix of hotels that are honoring the conference rate. This hotel is only two blocks from the Convention Center and was the location for the 2003 IUG meeting in San Jose. The IUG rate for both hotels is:
